What's the deal with Downline Secrets 2?
Posted On 11/11/2007 18:14:42

If you haven't heard yet... James Grandstaff has released "Part 2" of his "Downline Secrets."

Before I get to my review, I thought I should play a little catch-up in case you have no clue as to what Downline Secrets "Part 1" is about.

Basically with Downline Secrets part 1 you
get free access to a recorded call between Mike Filsaime and James Grandstaff. Mike asks James questions about the success he had using InstantBuzz.com (a free advertising resource) to grow his downline.

You get access to the MP3 and PDF  transcript of the call (which is nice because I don't always like to sit in front of my PC to read or listen to content.)

During the call James reveals how he used
his free Instant Buzz traffic along with his  (now proven) 3 step strategy to explode his downline into the thousands on complete auto pilot.

The cool part is he did it while maintaining his full time job as a PC support technician in Michigan.

And from there you have the opportunity to buy the same software that James developed to grow his downline and use it  to grow your downline in any program you  happen to be involved in.

So all-in-all DownlineSecrets.com is a great site and offers a lot of great info for  free on how to build your downline using the web.

What makes Downline Secrets "Part 2" so much better is that it takes over where Downline Secrets 1 left off.

What I mean is this...

With Downline Secrets 1 you were left to
figure out all the technical stuff in order
to duplicate James' results for your MLM
business. The software and detailed videos are fantastic but you still have to come up with the web copy, the hosting, the HTML page design and so on... The yucky stuff.

Let's just say his target market is much
smaller because if you don't have the much needed technical skills or the money  to hire those with the skills, you are pretty much out of luck and can't fully benefit from the entire system he is teaching.

This time around you get access to a call
between James Grandstaff and Chris Zavadowski who is also very successful in  the MLM scene.   He grills James for over an hour and gets all the must know secrets out of him.

The system James is offering this time is
over the top! He covers all the technical
stuff for us this time and everything is
completely set-up. All the technical issues
have been removed. This is great because
more people can now truly benefit from his teachings and proven system.

Now, I want to let you in on something...

Once you register for the call below you
will see an offer for James' Elite upgrade
membership.   All I can say is ==> TAKE IT!

It's only $47 bucks and for what you get
it's simply mind blowing!

In a nut shell... he's offering you a
professional designed lead capture page
that gives away a customized version of
his new manuscript called  'How to Get Rich Building a LAZY Downline!'

This PDF is first customized with your
affiliate links to several "generic" MLM
training resources.  As you give this thing
away you will earn commissions from those you refer who upgrade in any of the  programs.

And since they're all MLM related, the
conversion rates should be extremely high!

All you do is simply advertise the lead
capture page via the special link you get
and James' software sends an email to your prospects (with a link to your customized PDF)

Everything is on auto-pilot!

Oh, and don't worry, the traffic aspect is
even handled for you.  Be sure to check out the bonus that's included :-)

See, I told you this thing was awesome.

As you can see, I'm totally excited about
this because it's refreshing to see a great
product come along that is truly capable of changing the lives of others.

So yes, Downline Secrets 2 gets my highest recommendation!

Sign up below and buy everything ;)

Here's the link:

Take care of your business and yourself :-)

Sincerely,

Depression: Symptoms
Posted On 11/03/2007 12:12:40

Depression: Symptoms

If you have depression, you may feel hopeless and sad or stop feeling pleasure from almost everything you do. You may feel “down in the dumps,” tearful, or discouraged. You may also be irritable or anxious or have low energy levels. The symptoms of depression are often subtle at first. It can be hard to recognize that symptoms may be connected and that you might have depression.

The two most significant symptoms of depression are: 3

  • Sadness or hopelessness.
  • Loss of interest in or pleasure from most daily activities.

Other symptoms include:

  • Losing or gaining weight because of changes in appetite.
  • Sleeping too much or not enough.
  • Feeling restless and unable to sit still, or feeling that moving takes a great effort.
  • Feeling tired all the time.
  • Feeling unworthy or guilty without an obvious reason.
  • Having problems concentrating, remembering, or making decisions.
  • Thinking often about death or suicide.

If you have at least five of these symptoms for 2 weeks or longer, and one of the symptoms is either sadness or loss of interest, you are diagnosed with major depression. But, if you have fewer than five symptoms, you may still be depressed and need treatment.

If you have 2 to 4 symptoms for a period of at least 2 years (1 year for a child), you may have a long-term form of depression called dysthymic disorder (dysthymia).

Many women experience mood changes before menstruation. Physical and emotional premenstrual symptoms that interfere with relationships or responsibilities are known as premenstrual syndrome (PMS). However, women who have emotional and physical premenstrual symptoms that seriously interfere with daily life may have a type of depression known as premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD). For more information see the topic Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS).

Many health professionals see people with general symptoms that may be difficult to link to depression. These symptoms, which commonly occur with depression, include:

  • Having headaches and other body aches and pains.
  • Having digestive problems, including constipation or diarrhea.
  • Losing interest in sex or being unable to perform sexually.
  • Feeling anxious or worried without an obvious reason.
  • Blaming yourself or others for your depression.
  • Not moving or talking for hours.

Other symptoms of depression may include: 4, 3

  • Overeating and weight gain (rather than loss of appetite).
  • Oversleeping (rather than insomnia).
  • Increased tearfulness, anger, and generally not feeling well, along with anxiety and tension.
  • Sometimes, a feeling of heaviness in the arms and legs.
  • Sensitivity to rejection.

Depression is a serious problem for people of any age, and older adults with symptoms of depression should seek treatment right away. Depression in older adults can cause confusion or forgetfulness (although some medications can cause these symptoms as well). Depression has also been identified as a significant risk factor for death in older adults with heart problems. 5

It is important to recognize the early warning signs of depression so that you can get treatment. If you think you may have depression, take a short quiz to evaluate your symptoms:

Interactive Tool: Are You Depressed?

The symptoms of depression are often subtle at first. It can be hard to recognize that symptoms may be connected and that you might have depression. Symptoms of depression in children and teens are sometimes different than adult symptoms, which can make it more difficult to diagnose and treat. For more information, see the topic Depression in Childhood and Adolescence.

Depression can lead to suicide. The warning signs of suicide change with age.

What Are Your Allergy Symptoms?

What are your allergy symptoms?

The same allergen can trigger different reactions in different individuals. This chart summarizes some of the common triggers and symptoms of allergies.

  • Insect venom (stinging insects such as bees and wasps)

  • Food (e.g., peanuts)

  • Drugs (e.g., penicillin)

  • Latex

Tell it like it is

The first and most important step in any diagnosis is compiling an accurate account of your allergy attacks. Doctors call this account your "history." Allergy testing is effective only when you and your allergist have some idea of what you are testing for. A detailed description of your symptoms and the situations that trigger them is an invaluable aid in whittling down the possibilities. Be prepared to describe not just your current situation and what you assume are the likely allergens, but also what happened in your childhood and whether family members have allergies. It's a good idea to jot down your allergy history before your appointment with your allergist, lest you inadvertently leave out something that may be important.

Your doctor will need details of your home and work environment and a list of all the medications you are taking, including prescription, over-the-counter, and alternative medications and supplements. And you will need to provide the details of your other medical conditions, as these may influence the severity and treatment of your allergies and vice versa. The value of a detailed history cannot be overemphasized. If you shortchange this initial step, you're less likely to come up with what triggers your allergic reactions. It's also important to correlate the triggers you identify with those identified by testing.

After you and your allergist agree on a likely list of suspects, it's time to move on to allergy testing -- usually to confirm a suspicion rather than to discover something completely new, although this possibility shouldn't be ruled out.

Think TWICE About Drinking and Driving!!!!
Posted On 11/01/2007 13:27:26
What you are about to see is shocking…

I hope you are ready.

This is something that should be shared with all  teenagers/young adults…make them think  twice about drinking and driving!!!

We as parents need to make them very aware…

This is Jacqueline Saburido on September 19, 1999.

This is her and her Father, 1998.

This is her on Vacation in Venezuela.

The car in which Jacqueline traveled.  She was hit by another car that was driven by a 17-year old male student on his way home after drinking
a couple of hard packs with his friends. This was in December 1999.

After the accident Jacqueline has needed over 40 operations.

Jacqueline was caught in the burning car and her body was heavily burnt for around 45 seconds.

Without a left eyelid Jacquie needs eye drops to keep her vision

Now 20 year old, he cannot forgive himself for driving drunk on that faithful night three years ago.   He's aware of devastating Jacqueline Saburidos life.

Not everyone who gets hit with a car dies. This picture was taken 4  years after the accident and the doctors are still working on Jacqueline, whose body was covered with 60% severe burnings.

I know most of these bulletins say "pass it on," but most of those are stupid.  This is REAL LIFE, and if you do not re-post this,  you should be ashamed of yourself..... seriously.   Please send this to as many people as you can to make them aware of the consequences of DRINKING and DRIVING.

You have my permission to send this to others!

Faye Nall
