One tip I have learned. Don't waste your money on expensive pesticides. I use a sprayer , fill it up with water and squirt some dawn dish soap in it. You can spray any vegetables with it and it does kill the bugs.
1. Great Tip! by owenzx

I have a question maybe someone can help me. What is a good fire ant killer?

I have tried the corn meal it has not killed them. the dish soap will not kill them just make them move.

Try boric acid powder although it is not an insecticide; the bugs will walk through the powder, ingest it and die in a few hours while potentially carrying it to their laier.

Read Announcement Below. Thanks!
