Hi Guys as you all know we are a free and volantary medical response service.

We DO NOT charge any of the patients that we treat and rely totaly on sponsorships and donations to keep this servfice running.

In South Africa we have a problem with PAy PAl we are only allowed a restricted account and CANNOT link it to our bank accounts and have access to any of the funds. We are only able to pay for online items with it.

If there is anyone out there who knows a way round this which will help us to request online donations from people over seas who would like to make a donation however small to us to keep this valuable service running please let me know
