WANTED: Women warriors to fight questionable wars in lawless foreign lands.
Paid: Bad. Conditions: worse. Risk of injury or fatality: high.
What I know from the history books and my own experience American women have given their lives in service to their country. Whether from illness, injury, disease, enemy fire, plane crashes, or the unknown, they deserve to be remembered as having made the ultimate sacrifice.
Let us all remember that women have served proudly since our nation began. Just watch each clip.
Throughout history war and fighting has been seen as men's activities, however women have always been involved in battles and not to mention duels, prize fights and so on.
A woman becomes a warrior for many reasons, and doing so she knowingly puts her life on the line.
We've lost many of our women soldier in Iraq. A record number of female soldiers are returning wounded from Iraq and Afghanistan. In the wake of an unfolding health care scandal, military authorities are under fire to improve care for all soldiers and address the needs of servicewomen.
It's still hard today for female soldiers to get proper credit for their achievements and bravery.
ROLE-PLAY: I would like for you to be a women who fought in the Civil War. I would like to ask you to start thinking and talking like those women, their comrades in arms.
So the next time you see a woman in uniform Thank her for her Service.
You cannot control what happens to you, but you can control your attitude toward what happens to you, and in that, you will be mastering change rather than allowing it to master you. - Brian Tracy -
Women have strengths that amaze men.
They bear hardships and they carry burdens, but they hold happiness, love and joy.
They fight for what they believe in.
They stand up to injustice.
They don't take "no" for an answer ,when they believe there is a better solution.
They go without so their family can have.
They love unconditionally.
They cry when their children excel and cheer when their friends get awards.
They are happy when they hear about a birth or a wedding. Their hearts break when a friend dies.
They grieve at the loss of a family member, yet they are strong when they think there is no strength left.
Women come in all shapes, sizes and colors.
They'll drive, fly, walk, run or e-mail you ,to show how much they care about you.
The heart of a woman is what makes the world keep turning. They bring joy, hope and love.
They have the compassion and ideas.
They give moral support to their family and friends.
Women have vital things to say and everything to give. They serve in the Armed Force of America.
Salute to Women Soldiers
Sometimes life is like that...a roller coaster with big dips and crazy turns. It can get pretty hard to hang on.
That's when I need to look for the blessings. I need to look for them because when I'm caught up in the struggle, that's all I can see...the anxiety, the fear and the depression.
During those times, good thoughts are so far away it seems.
I need to remind myself to look for the blessings because they are ALWAYS there...if I just look for them

And you have probably seen this one: Israel is the nation most often mentioned in the Bible.
But do you know which nation is second? It is Iraq!
However, that is not the name that is used in the Bible. The names used in the Bible are Babylon, Land of Shinar, and Mesopotamia.
The word Mesopotamia means between the two rivers, more exactly between the Tigris and Euphrates Rivers.
The name Iraq, means country with deep roots.
Indeed Iraq is a country with deep roots and is a very significant country in the Bible. No other nation, except Israel, has more history and prophecy associated with it than Iraq.
And also, this is something to think about:
Since America is typically represented by an eagle. Saddam should have read up on his Muslim passages. The following verse is from the Koran, (the Islamic Bible)
Koran (9:11) - For it is written that a son of Arabia would awaken a fearsome Eagle.
The wrath of the Eagle would be felt throughout the lands of Allah and lo, while some of the people trembled in despair still more rejoiced; for the wrath of the Eagle cleansed the lands of Allah; and there was peace. (Note the verse number!)
This is a ribbon for soldiers fighting in Iraq. Pass it on to everyone and pray. Not here to offend you, just awareness, Wendell is a thinking and reader, like to share what I had learn peace. Have a nice day.

IGNORANCE is the primary weapon of containment.
GREED is another powerful weapon of containment.
I cannot take credit for this because when I was stationed in Bosnia, when I meet this woman name Rosemary, that taught me about Namaste is an eastern term meaning " I honor the light within you.
One day she gave me a lesson about Cain, it just came back to me.
