Capri pants are made from a size 24 mo. 955 KIDS brand jeans with zipper & snap front, and elastic back, measuring about an 18 inch waist.
This is modeled by my petite 3 year old granddaughter, that is approximately 19 in. chest and 16 inch waist. Top fit a little snug on her.
